Us (Ed and Joe)

We’ve been renting out mid-term rentals for 18 years now. In 2005, when we started, before Expedia started gobbling up vacation rental websites, if you wanted a furnished rental, the majority of landlords wanted a 6 month or longer lease signed. I learned there were a lot of visitors in Tucson, especially in summer, who needed a stay for anywhere from one month to three months or so. That group of visitors has always been our focus. Your neighbors will range from medical professionals to grad students on sabbatical to attorneys to people here for a long vacation in their favorite winter town. We’ve enjoyed the many people who have come through, and made some good friends amongst the many who have passed through.

The photo to the right is by Ted Grazia (1909-1982), an artist from southeast Arizona. Look him up, visit Gallery in the Sun to see some of his works in adobe buildings he built. Don’t the open air chapel he built with paintings like this one on the adobe walls.
